Overview
My7steps is an online platform dedicated to mental wellness, offering digital self-guided support and personalised counselling sessions with licensed psychologists. To help them expand their customer service capabilities, we designed and implemented a multilingual chatbot that offers instant, reliable assistance to their users.
Challenge
My7steps' customer support team was limited to German and English during standard working hours, restricting accessibility for users who spoke other languages and limiting support availability. They required a solution that could offer consistent, high-quality support in multiple languages around the clock, without compromising responsiveness or accuracy.
Approach
We designed a secure, scalable assistant with retrieval over My7steps' knowledge base and safety controls built in from the start.
Solution
We designed and deployed a chatbot capable of delivering 24/7 customer support in 12 languages using Azure OpenAI's GPT model with RAG capabilities through the Responses API. Hosted on Azure App Service for scalability and reliability, sensitive information is managed via Azure Key Vault and user inputs are processed through Azure Content Safety for compliance. User feedback is collected and stored for continuous improvement.
