LoveAlbania is a tourism startup disrupting the traditional travel recommendation space with authentic, data-driven insights that go beyond generic star ratings. DataMax developed a sophisticated AI-powered system that analyses thousands of reviews across multiple dimensions and automatically generates compelling travel content — based on real customer experiences rather than generic marketing copy.

Herausforderung

Traditional tourism marketing relies on basic star ratings and limited review summaries that fail to capture nuanced customer sentiments across specific service dimensions. Manual analysis of thousands of reviews across multiple platforms (Google Maps, Booking.com) is time-intensive and subjective, making it impossible to scale personalised content or provide actionable intelligence to hospitality operators.

We deployed four specialised AI agents working in concert — each responsible for a distinct stage: location discovery, review aggregation, sentiment analysis, and content generation.

Lösung

The system uses four coordinated agents: a Geographic Intelligence Agent that maps tourism locations and identifies businesses using spatial algorithms; a Review Collection Agent that aggregates and deduplicates reviews from Google Maps and Booking.com; a Sentiment Analysis Agent that performs deep semantic analysis across custom service dimensions (food quality, ambiance, value for money, service excellence); and a Content Generation Agent that produces travel articles, business recommendations, and consultant reports from analysed sentiment patterns. Users can define custom sentiment categories, set geographic boundaries, and download professional Excel reports with data visualisation.
