Herausforderung
Finance teams manually extracted data from hundreds of Albanian tax invoices, validated vendor information, mapped products to accounting codes, and generated SAP-compatible Excel reports. This labor-intensive process was prone to human error, inconsistent data mapping, and regulatory compliance risks. Processing large batches could take days or weeks, delaying financial reporting and vendor payments while increasing the risk of audit findings and regulatory penalties.

We deployed a multi-agent AI system combining intelligent document processing with rule-based validation — three specialised agents working in coordination, each handling a distinct stage of the pipeline with automated escalation for edge cases.
Lösung
Three coordinated AI agents handle the end-to-end workflow: a Document Parser Agent extracts structured data from complex Albanian PDF invoices using OCR and pattern recognition; a Validation Agent applies business rules and cross-references vendor databases; and a Mapping Agent automatically assigns accounting codes, cost centres, and product classifications. The system uses hybrid ML + rule-based logic for edge cases, auto-generates SAP-compatible Excel reports, and routes failed invoices to review queues with intelligent resolution recommendations. Deployed on AWS with Bedrock, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
