Growth FullStack is a comprehensive data pipeline platform designed to empower mobile game publishers by integrating complex data sets seamlessly — eliminating the need for in-house data engineering teams. DataMax built a highly dynamic platform that enables the creation, scaling, and cost management of these pipelines, adapting to each customer's existing infrastructure, required integrations, and specific analytics needs.
Herausforderung
Growth FullStack's customers range from small studios to large publishers, each with their own data sources, preferred destinations, and analytics requirements. The goal was to build a scalable platform that could serve this diverse range of customers — handling bespoke integrations and transformations — without breaking the bank.
Vorgehen
We collaborated closely with the Growth FullStack team from day one, building the platform iteratively while integrating with industry-leading tools and designing for flexibility so customers could bring their own transformations or use predefined ones.
Lösung
We implemented a cloud-based infrastructure with automated CI/CD pipelines, a robust backend, and dbt for efficient data modelling and transformation. The platform handles scalable workloads on Kubernetes across GCP and AWS, with BigQuery as the primary analytics layer. We developed multiple connectors to enable data exchange between various systems, and integrated ML models for advanced analytical capabilities. Customers can select from predefined transformations or bring their own, tailoring the platform precisely to their needs.
